Since 1983, Timothy R. Pryor, SIOR, President of Mid Cal Industrial Properties, has been an industrial real estate advisor in Northern California. In 2008, he established Mid Cal Industrial Properties offering clients real-time, unmatched knowledge in this dynamic and ever-evolving marketplace. That same year he was awarded SIOR Northern California Chapter’s Largest Lease Transaction for a 781,000 SF build to suit for Sears Logistics. Mr. Pryor is well-known for numerous successful transactions, attention to detail, and keen industry-specific focus.
