Since 1983, Timothy R. Pryor, SIOR, President of Mid Cal Industrial Properties, has been an industrial real estate advisor in Northern California. For more than 20 years, Mr. Pryor worked with Grubb & Ellis, formerly one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate services. In 2008, he established Mid Cal Industrial Properties offering clients real-time, unmatched knowledge in this dynamic and ever-evolving marketplace. That same year he was awarded SIOR Northern California Chapter’s Largest Lease Transaction for a 781,000 SF build to suit for Sears Logistics.
Our markets in San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties are situated at the population center of eleven (11) western states affording distribution and manufacturing users an unparalleled transportation network for the movement of goods with overnight truck delivery to all West Coast cities. They are served by the Stockton Deepwater Seaport, three (3) interstate highways, two (2) major intermodal yards (UP and BNSF), and two (2) international airports within one hour (Oakland and Sacramento). This area has become a base for many major 3PL (Third Party Logistics) companies moving goods from the Port of Oakland to newer Class A distribution buildings.
